A+A TTC Journey #part4 : Food for Endo fighter

What i did different this cycle is I exercise &work out everyday. I change my eating habits and diet, for endo we should avoid eating inflammatory food such meat, instant food etc. I still eat it but not that much *maybe.😅 so hard to change this habit. Anyway, at least try to reduce the portion.  I drink juice that good for fertility. And i have pray a lot too. We can try and try but let God do the works. So we will not feel pressure or stress. He is the Creator. He know the best time for us to conceive. Thank you for reading.
